Murderkill, Spare, Banish, Hug Preferences

At some point (high importance if you are currently in a fight), you should send me your preferences on sparing people (eliminate them without killing them) or killing or banishing people in the event that you win a fight that would eliminate an individual.

Hell, you could just post here saying "I will rip out everyone's heart because fuck people" or "I'll spare everyone, because I'm a bleeding heart." and that'll be contractually binding enough.

I don't mind if you send me a list of 10 people you'd spare and 20 people you'd murder in a heartbeat, but just make sure you send me a list. 

Lists aren't final and you can modify them after you send them in, I don't mind.  Just don't forget to.
