Everything looks good. I just have a few questions about Eclipse for you.
1. Must it be charged every time it is used? If not it would be a variable Move and require 600 OM
2. What happens if she breathes while charging?
3. As long as you realize 'lethal' damage is unlikely with a standard Move. If that is just for fluff that is fine. Being a move requires a significant amount of charging time and drains her fairly well - it can still be quite powerful though.
