Ah, so the Rules say "Failure to leave a safehouse will trigger the collar." Is that defunct? Or is it like visiting, you just have to leave once a day.
I mean theoretically, you could just leave and come back immediately? Not saying that's my plan (it'd be pretty boring) but the more you know, ya know.
