Vic Hendy broke the waterline with a pissed off snarl before regaining his composure. Wiping a piece of seaweed from his face, he looked around him to get stock of his surroundings. Waist deep in salty warm water, some sort of tropical floodplain, rock formations sticking out of the placid gentle waves and coral reefs underfoot.
Blow this for a lark.
He heftes the bag of supplies over his shoulder and started wading towards land, grumbling undsr his breath about having to start off soggy and waterlogged "like a fookin' halibut".
