I used to be the patron god of a planet filled with reincarnating bloodthirsty warriors with the ability to make things whenever they wished- so the Omniverse isn't too different. My previous nemesis was a passionate family man with strong principles, who was trying to keep me from recreating my homeworld on Earth. I'm Lawful Evil, most of the time, so I suppose someone chaotic good, with a passion for fighting would fit well.
