From the teleporter the Dark knight appeared in all his glory. His armor, black as the night, was upgraded, charged and stocked. His cape wavering behind him. Equipped with weapons and gadgets designed to turn man into legend, ready for the iconic competition. First things first, he had to check out his competition. Information is the single most important ally Batman could have. He needed to know who and what he was up against.
Keeping to the background he prowled the facility, using the shadows, corners and every trick in the book to be as unnoticeable as possible. Unfortunately it was an impossible task to remain low profile in a place like this. A full grown man dressed as an armored bat like suit surrounded by children, bugs, demons and god knows what else. Never before had Batman seen a more strange convention of individuals. Even he didn't stand out as strange amongst these strange primes. It was the first time he'd seen this many together. There were even youngsters running around with weapons like swords and guns, this truly was a strange place.
Amongst the gathered primes he hadn't found the people he was hoping to find. Even though the gathering was rather large and he didn't have enough time to scout the whole facility, he did manage to observe some of the others. He had to play it safe, the game was about to begin.
