Everything looks fine, but you need to type out the physical description regardless if you have a picture or not. The Moves are all approved as I see nothing wrong with them. Although I will mention that most fights are 3 rounds and with that in mind, it might be better to say you can only use Ice Punch and Thunder Punch once per battle - if that is the restriction you were going for.
