A Birthday Party for Molly

Just as the song (copyright © ambrosia do no steal,) was wrapping up, Pinkie shoved the birthday girl’s seat to be right in front of the cake. Taking a huge breath, Molly let loose a volley of air that put out the candles on the bottom layer. A bunch of pegasi helped her with the candles on the other ten layers. The crowd cheered as she gave them all a sweet little smile.

Afterwards, the Usagi sisters start cutting into the rainbow colored cake, placing slices onto paper plates. The first one went to Molly, the next few went to Guu, Gildarts, Pinkie before they started getting passed around to everyone in town.

Soon everyone was gathered around, eating a delicious delicacy that was smothered in mouth watering Zap Apple buttercream frosting. Guu finished her’s in seconds, or more like she stuck it in her stomach. Gildarts finished his quickly, not that he was in any hurry, he just didn’t want the be the last one caught eating, but before he knew it his plate was empty.

Molly was the center of the party, everyone swarmed to shower her with attention. She was half way telling a story about a talking shovel she met in Ambrosia when Gild felt an arm stretch around the back of his neck.

Not shockingly it was Guu.

“We still have that oHarmony date.” She said, pulling him along as she lead him out of the town square.

“Does it have to be right now?” He asked, peering back to Molly.

“Yes.” She said bluntly. “It’ll be fine.”

Molly saw the pair leave, and she smiled. For once, she didn’t mind being deprived of their company, and she even giggled softly to herself, because her birthday wish may actually be coming true!
