History: Can you clarify the history a bit for those who are unfamiliar with the source? You should mention precisely when you're taking him from his canon. It seems like you're pulling him from the end of the series, but it's kinda unclear as-is.
Detroit Smash: How large is the pressure wave around his fist when used in the air? Can he do this while running around and such or does he need to stand still to ready and use it? Can he use other moves concurrently?
The Power-Up is good, but you won't be able to purchase it until Level 2.
