"H-hey, I'm not cute!" Bendy hissed, putting his hands on his hips. Cute was good when he needed to get out of trouble, but it wasn't something he appreciated being called. "I'm a bonafide demon, and if you can't see that now..." His voice was dangerously tranquil as he lowered his head. "You'll find out later." No sooner than it had darkened, his countenance returned to its normal, goofy vibe. "But that isn't important right now."
When Kong asked him what he knew about the event, he shrugged and grabbed another book from the haphazard pile he had set up for him to read later. "I'm not 100% sure, but it's more like you're trying to complete certain goals on the island rather than beating people up," the imp explained, flipping through the pages of the book that had given him the information. "Occasionally people will be forced into fights to move things along, but that's the only time you need to fight unless you get unlucky and find someone that wants to fight you. This book compares it to 'Survivor' and 'The Hunger Games,' but I don't know what those are. Feel free to look into it further if you want." He slung the book towards the human(?), who caught it with one of his free-floating hands.
While Abyss took some time to examine a book on aquatic life, Bendy returned to his own book, although the annals about animation had grown boring compared to the new people in the room. Tired of the novel, he put it away and returned to the group around the same time Squiddy came back. "I wouldn't be against teaming up with you, Squids, although I don't think I can say the same for this guy." He jerked a thumb towards the man. "We can dominate the competition! ...After we eat, of course. Come on, I think the bar was this way."
