Able to turn secondaries to stone? Sounds like a Gorgan from Greek mythology.
A few of those would be useful in containing the darkspawn the Blight creates. Turn the infected into stone from a distance.
If Delure, the sucubus Tertiary I wrote as the head of the Prostitute guild learns of that brothel, she'll investigate and try to do business with it and extend her reach.
Edit: she's also the head of the Sex Mage guild which was the base core of the Prostitute Guild.
