"Judging from the rage-filled expression on your face, I don't have to worry or be afraid of them getting their hands on one of your power rings, do I?" asked Warren to Cole and Saint Walker. The mere thought of the Empire possessing one of the Power Rings that could use the power of hope made him more than a bit concerned. After all, if they were able to obtain such power for themselves then it would mean they were several leagues above anything that he could ever hope to survive battling against. Judging from the description of the ring that Saint Walker and Cole had provided Hope was one of the most powerful emotions from their universe. Such was a power he definitely didn't want to end up in the wrong hands and the Empire was definitely not the people he'd love to see with such a powerful weapon. At least he had managed to convince Cole Tyson not to ally himself with the Empire. Any low blows he could perform on the Empire like preventing Primes from joining up with them brought his plans against the Empire closer to fruition. Sure he was only one man, but one man could do a lot of damage against a group like that. After all, Warren had a lot of strategies he was working on, ones that would provide him concrete advantages in the future. One such idea he had already succeeded at actually. Without one who wielded those Power Rings on their payroll the Empire would be hard-pressed to actually be able to defeat him once he had Hard Light Technology of his own at his disposal.
"I will see you later Cole. Perhaps when I am more powerful we shall meet up again and spar."
It almost brought a smile to the face of the Quarterback of Chaos. For once in his life here in the Omniverse, things were definitely going as he intended for them to do. Not only that, but he knew that he was going to succeed where he had failed in the past. After all, they couldn't keep a good man down forever. No rest for the wicked was something Warren knew he'd have to adopt for himself at present. Given he was a bad guy and knew that most of the Omniverse were likely to consider him in the role of a villain, Warren decided he'd own the part. It should be rather easy enough to convince the Omniverse that he was a criminal. Certainly what he had done on Coruscant the first time he had been here had earned him a bit of a negative reputation. Using such a reputation to his advantage was not going to be easy. Perhaps though he could expand upon the negative reputation by performing criminal acts on Coruscant. True to his word of seeing Cole later Warren had begun walking off from the two blue lanterns in hopes of making his way to the gate to the Nexus.
The Empire was going to fall, one way or another. Even if it was not by his very capable hands, someone was bound to bring the house of cards that was the Empire down around the Emperor's head. Oh, how he'd like to see the day when the Emperor and all his loyalists got was coming to them. Likely it was going to be very shocking to the Emperor and his idiots that they could be oh so easily defeated. And if he was, to be honest with himself Warren was willing to pay good Omnilium to see that happen in the future. Starting to walk off towards the gate of the Nexus that was nearby Warren sighed. There was much work to be done and he had a lot to do before he could say that he was ready for any level of combat against the Empire. As it seemed, technology was one of the areas where the Empire outranked him in several Orders of Magnitude.
In the general area of Equipment, Warren was completely outmatched by the Empire at present. Sure they only had a few Primes that were willing to assist them or compelled to assist them but there were other ways they also surpassed him. Equipment was one of them. The Empire had vehicles they could summon as well as suits of powered armor in the case of the Space Marines. Advanced enough technology that meant anything Warren could build on another world was probably not going to be enough to survive an encounter with the Empire should it come to blows, and they deploy some of their heavy hitters. This was, of course, discounting the fact that they had several loyal Primes that they could sick upon him who could likely make mincemeat out of him within mere seconds. Since his survival was on the line if he were to engage the Empire in any form of combat, the wise course was not to engage them yet anyway. After all, without real power like what he'd lost when Omni had brought him here, Warren knew his chances of survival were slim to none should it come down to such.
Finally, after about 4 hours, Warren had arrived at the gate to the Nexus. Once he had, he'd go through the process of being scanned and once he'd gotten out of there without being molested for once, Warren left through the Gate. For now he was not going to return to Coruscant until he had real power at his disposal. Unfortunately, he didn't know what form that power was going to take.
-Exit Warren-
