"I don't even think master Earthbenders can lob rocks that far..." He looked between the two gates, the other he could not exactly see in the distance.
Waving his hands about, he refocused his mind. If they stayed here any longer, they may be happened upon by another band of unsavory fellows. "So we can walk, or I can see if I can bring in Appa... He's my flying bison. I'm pretty sure it would be faster, if it doesn't take all day to summon him. He's... pretty big."
Lysandra's eyes lit up. "Another pet! I pick the flying whatever!" She was almost vibrating with jubilant energy. "I don't know what a bison is, but if its as cute as Mr. Momo, I'll definitely have to find me one of those too!"
That made Aang chuckle. "Appa might be a bit much to handle... He's... well... big... like... really big, and takes a lot of work to keep his shedding under control, especially when it gets hot."
Chakravartin chimes in, namely to keep the airheaded Aang and the ditsy Lysandra from going on what could possibly be an endless back and forth rambling. "Flying transport would be swell, if it ever comes to pass." A polite way of refocusing Aang's scatterbrain. He might have to keep a bit of a handle on this one, lest he and Lysandra enter a neverending loop of nonsensical chattering.
"Right! So... erm... yea, let me just... um..." Where would he even begin? This was a hell of a thing to manifest, just physically.
Aang sat down again. He took another deep breath and slowly released it. In through the nose, out through the mouth. His hands came together, the arrows pointing tip to tip towards one another. Like near the end of Aang's previous manifestation, his tattoos began to glow. Clearly he was attempting from the start to put his all into this creation.
Omnilium slowly pooled in front of Aang. It was small at first, but as time stretched on, it swelled. The Avatar had not lied when he said that this was a big creature. As its first pair of legs appeared, they alone seemed as thick as Chakravartin and Aang standing back to back. Then the second pair appeared, right behind the first. Then... a third pair... and a long, almost beaver like tail.
This was a behemoth of a creature. Surely it could not fly! It had no wings! And its body was so thick it looked like it could not even jump. The details of the fur offered no indicators on how this beast was supposed to be airborn. Chakravartin did notice the rather odd arrow on the beast's massive, shaggy head. It looked remarkably similar to Aang's, in fact.
Aang's brow had broken out into a sweat before the large beast made its first bellow. The sound it made was like thunder. Lysandra was instantly borderlining fear and awe of the massive fluffy beast.
