Coruscant Tier Height?

I originally posted this in Quick Questions, but no one there had an answer for it, so I'm making a thread for it and hoping Omni (or someone else who would know) notices...

What kinda height is each tier of Coruscant? I know they must be pretty big, but I was just wondering if Greg or anyone had actually given any rough heights for them before?

I'm asking because I'd like to give Hijiri a skyscraper for a base at some point, but it'd be pretty awkward if I did that without asking this first, only to later have to go back and edit it's size in a bunch of posts because it turned out the roof was higher than a tier's ceiling...

Also, hypothetically, if it turns out that the ceilings aren't really all that high, would it actually be possible to get a base that is actually part of two tiers?
