Cause Tearen reminds me of all the shit that I either forgot to write up or simply never answered, I added this bit to About the World:
"Summoning houses and other permanent structures is not possible within the Nexus, or within a roughly half-mile radius of gates."
I added a bit saying that to the Nexus description too.
