Looking pretty good. Just a couple of things: You've only allocated 9/10 stat points, so feel free to bump something up.
Flintlock Pistol: What's the effective range on this? How long does this take to reload? Do you want to go the infinite ammo route or do you want to have a set number of bullets and add in a 'cast time' to summon more? Both are passable, but the infinite ammo will make it a bit less powerful to compensate.
