"Yes. Storm Troopers wear white and black armor and carry blasters. At the slightest sign of a disturbance such as oh I don't know, trying to invent a Laser Sword for yourself or something, and something goes wrong they'll come. They'll trash your lab and ruin everything. Following that, you'll be forced to perform nearly a full day of community service if you try to fight back at all." Warren was not exactly happy with the way the Storm Troopers had treated him. It was one of the reasons that he believed the power of hope shouldn't be messed with. Avoiding any further incidents from the Storm Troopers was a high priority on his list because he didn't want any kind of trouble actually.
"Thus you have one of the reasons I'm reluctant to even accept a ring from you. If ANYTHING were to go wrong during my experiments, if it were even to make a loud noise, I'd probably end up with whatever lab being trashed and the Storm Troopers pounding me again later. Therefore that has killed my desire to invent while I'm on Coruscant. They can't do anything to me when I'm out of this Verse. Right now my main purpose for being here is to find a way to build Hard Light Technology, but without needing the Emotional Energy of your rings. It shouldn't be that hard to figure something out and cobble it together right?"
Truthfully he was not sure about whether or not it was going to be easy. Still, he knew he was not going to try to build anything so long as any of the Storm Troopers were within a 15-mile radius of wherever he was going to try to build something unless he had something that could keep any of them from hearing or seeing anything that he was up to. As such Warren was more than sure that making a home on Coruscant was going to require some special practice with Omnilium so he could create a sound proof barrier or something around his place, to prevent any intrusions by the long arm of the law. While he did hate the Storm Troopers, they were efficient. Paradoxically, Warren knew that he liked their efficiency and planned to take advantage of it by relocating his base to this world as soon as he was able to do so.
As of now though, he couldn't relocate his base just yet. There was much work to be done. An alternative to the energies of the Emotional Spectrum had to be discovered by him because he couldn't wield that power himself. Given that there was a 90% chance of things going horribly wrong with the energies of the Emotional Spectrum, Warren was not the kind of person to take stupid risks. To him a risk of that magnitude with very few rewards didn't seem like an appealing option to say the least.
