Ancient one: Like I said before, I like the concept, but the problem is it will require a lot of focus on the civilization, but the character himself doesn't feel that fully formed. as a messianic figure, he's going to need a certain "force" or "presence" that makes him unique and interesting as a leader of these guys. While you might have one in mind, I didn't quite see it in the first post. It's an obstacle I think you can overcome
Demi-fiend: Like I said in voice chat, this one seems the least appealing to me. The way he's written, it feels more like you're interested in what he offers for you to draw on than what he offers as a character. and if that's what you decide on or if ya think I'm wrong, that's fine too, but of all the characters here, I feel like this one could potentially be a problem for you motivation-wise. That, and Demi-fiend would require you to play an evil character, who aren't the most accomodating folks by nature. To do that correctly, you gotta be willing to do things like... kill off characters, potentially do some damage to major NPC stuff, in order to follow the idea of an evil character - at least if you're planning to play the character straight.
Tamsin - not a lot I have to say on this others haven't
You have history, that's really good and gives you a lot to work with.
You also stopped, which is why there's a gap in that history in the first place, so... you know... both these things need to be considered.
#4 - Aldaris - with this one, I'm a bit biased, because when you defended his character to me in a conversation a while ago, I saw both the passion you had for it, and frankly? you managed to change my opinion a lot, to see just how interesting and fleshed out a character I previously wrote off as a total dick really was. I think this is one of the few jerks I could see you playing naturally, and I think you'd do well with him, but, like I said, biased.
#5 - I feel a certain passion with this one that's not quite as intense even with the others. logic and etc. aside, I think this is the one you might have the most passion for. What that means is really up to you to decipher, but not someone to write off, necessarily.
