Warren resisted the urge to laugh maniacally at how easy it had been for him to obtain the Blue Lantern Ring. Still, for him, the ring wouldn't work as he didn't have hope like these two did in his heart. Saint Walker didn't recognize him, which warranted an investigation down the line when he had the time to do so. Analyzing the ring would be easy once he got himself an HQ on Coruscant that he could rely on. Should he get such a place he could abandon his place in the Tangled Green. The mosquitos and other problems of the Verse made it a place that he no longer wished to call his home, unfortunately. This meant he would have to save up all of his power in order to relocate himself to Coruscant where he could begin his plans for the Omniverse anew.
"So the Rings rely on the power of hope? What if someone were to try to change the power source? Would such be an allowable thing, or would it fail?" asked Warren now curious. If the ring could only use Hope there was no point in him keeping it because it wouldn't serve his plans in the long run. His hopes right now were that he'd someday get revenge on those Storm Troopers who had hurt him like they had. And on the Gryphon- Griffon/Griffin... however you pronounced it riders in Camelot as well. Of course, he did have one other hope that he could one day regain all of his abilities that Omni had oh so rudely ripped from his body and that he could kill the smiling buffoon. It was a matter of self-preservation in the last part. "If the power source change wouldn't work, I don't need the ring."
