My Biology teacher let me keep it after the dissection, provided I could get it out. The head was the only part we hadn't touched since it wasn't on the exam so...I don't think she seriously expected an attempt. Sadly my Anatomy teacher wouldn't let me keep any part of the cat we dissected.
