For the Palace Hands, everything is just about good, save for a couple details that need clarifying:
-- How long does it take to create the hands? Does it take longer to create more than one, or can he create more than one at a time?
-- Assuming they are destroyed, how long does it take to reabsorb the material? If he can't manage it, how long does it take to regenerate enough to make more?
-- Is it possible for him to lose control of them, such as being hit by a powerful enough attack? If so, what happens?
-- Looking at it, this doesn't seem like it would need to be a 600 OM move. It has a lot of potential uses, but the move itself always does the same thing: makes the hands, which you then control.
