Although, are you certain that the first thing can be used simply as fluff? Because Guu's "Stomach of Holding" is essentially the same thing, and she had to purchase that one. Or were the rules changed on that since then?

The difference is combat usage. If you're only planning to use it to lug stuff around, it's free. If you want to run around tossing boulders in it to later drop on an enemy's head, it'll cost a move [Citation here]. That said, I did just assume you were only using it out of combat, so if I'm wrong in that assumption and you want to use it like Guu does to troll people in combat, you're approved with the combat price.
