I added your Items and Artefacts listings. Items still need to be listed under Items, though you can log the actual purchases individually under Consumed OM if you like as you've done. Alternately, you can simply total your Consumed OM alone on the roster for cleanliness - as long as your log shows what that Consumed OM was spent on, it's fine.
In this case: Communicator (200), Mobile Dataverse Device (100), Banishment Circle (250)
