Jak was this close from destroying the other dark chip via his gun.

“Damnit, Zedd, Again?!”

Jak’s annoyance was showing and he pulled his wrist away from the leader of the group.

The group’s toughest challenge ahead lied in the mysterious factory in front of them. A simple tear would lead them toward Nebula itself.

A dangerous silence dared engulf anyone who got too close if it was broken but nobody said a word.

Pain on Jak’s face tended to hurt a bit, the eco warrior preventing himself from scratching it every so often.

Jak covered his mouth with his handkerchief, hoping to help this group get out alive.

Dante gave a quick nod at Jak and in return, Jak felt like he was ready as he watched Morene enter the portal and grasp at his guns.

“Hope Omni and the Precursors watch over us in this fight.”

It gave Jak time to have his eyes adjust to the darkness of the place in general. So many darklings in one place.

Light Jak seemed to be tickling Jak in a way, wondering what was on his mind.

“Jak, what’s up?”

“My friends… what if?”

The angel seemed to put a hand on his shoulder and said “They’ll be fine.”

That reassured Jak only a little bit before he nodded to the others and walked forward.

“Guys..”

The few that stopped eyed Jak. "Yes?"

"I just want to say it's a honor fighting with you."
