I picked D. It's the only one I'd really consider joining I think, though take that with a grain of salt as it's mostly personal preference.
I don't expect I'd do very well in PvP, and partly due to that I'm not really sure I'd enjoy it that much either. Granted, the only way to know or develop is to try it, but I'd rather that be something one-off to start rather than an event where it might happen several times in rapid succession and there's more at stake.
D was the only option which wasn't purely competitive in that way, and the only one where a person may still have a way to participate in the event after they're eliminated from the running.
Then again, if the purpose of the event is to be competitive, perhaps those features are actually somewhat detrimental.
