B was my first inclination, but I would really go with whatever piques your interest most. I personally still am not a fan of the reality TV storylines so I wouldn't want my opinion to be taken too strongly. But with that in mind, B and D would probably be the most storyable. D doesn't remove powers, which I'm a fan of.
Part of me likes the simplicity of A.
I'd definitely not join C. I hate being reliant on getting into a good team to win, it feels very cheap (even moreso than A). At least in A, alliances can be formed and broken based on demand, but in C, you're locked into teams and can't split off on your own to survive. It's the most videogamey of all the options and the one I feel encourages characters to go against their IC inclinations most for the purposes of metagaming, followed by A.
