Chara's referring to the fact that the conquest option won't have 'rounds' like the other ones.
But yes, Option C would be demanding in regards to teams having to plan and execute plans. In my opinion, I feel like that investment can be 'top loaded' onto the leader of the army/team and perhaps his number 1 and 2. Sometimes an army doesn't have to be a democracy, after all.
A would be second on the 'brain demand' list. B would be 2nd.
Option D is obviously the least demanding in regards to brain-power.
