@Somerled - The problem with what you're trying to do is the fact that you want it to be a super move. They are supposed to be cut-scene type moves that take place over (maybe) a minute at the very maximum. Average is probably less than 20 seconds. Not to mention the fact that they are also designed to be able to be blocked by a super defence and, when you try to make a super move that lasts this long (possibly an entire fight), this sort of negates that.
Honestly, I see this move working better as a regular move than a Super Move
Edit: "Somerled is able to move about and even strike freely, though he is unable to use other weather magics." - Someone still has to use a Super Defence the entire time to block it, while Somerled can just run up to them and attack them while they can't guard? No, absolutely not. Plus it's not even how supermoves are supposed to work.
