"Rapidly" being 60 seconds for the storm to fully form. Trying to keep the balance between keeping the moves usable while at the same time not conjuring a tornado out of even thinner air. Maybe having it last like 3ish minutes with a 30 second charge time would be better? And yeah, I'm aware that some fights will be shorter than that, such is life.
Averaging around golfball size is good. Switching it to that.
And he is not affected. Hailstones strangely seem to just fall through him.

Yeah, unfortunately I am better with general move terms than with the fine-tuned rules of them, sorry that I can't help you better than that.
Anyway, with the bolded changes I'd say it looks good. Just one thing I forgot, "channeling" those 30 seconds means what? Can Somerled move, use moves or do other things whilst channeling? Does he stand still and focus? With that being added I say you can head straight to the move approvals, unless you wanted more help :frogbon:
