Warren: no. You CAN, however, make a "copy" of that Prime as a Secondary. Before or after that, you can have the Prime version exit the Omniverse via one of the traditional ways. But this is why it's important to think carefully before submitting an NPC Prime. They're not just powerful adversaries you can pull in and throw away as you desire. They're meant to be long-term, plot-crucial foils.

Harry: as long as the NPC's and your own Spent OM matches up, that's fine. Just don't make a level 10 NPC and expect to be able to pick up there.
