I love scenario C, it gives the oppertunity for large scaled epic stories. Something i am a personal fan of. The amount of plottwist one can write is huge.
Scenario B would be my second choice, purely due to the fact that talented writers/ native English speakers have have a huge edge and that kind of holds me back. There are some with vastly larger vocabularies than myself. Because well, I'm not an English native speaker.
