[Participation] Dark Reign: Part one

Heavy  metal boots passed through the rusted steel gate scraping sand, dust, and ash in its owners path. Heat rose and hot moist wind sweep through Doom's green cloak causing it to flow upwards behind him. Each step he made the sound of people roaring as if they were in a stadium became louder and louder with each step of his steps getting closer to what Koal called the arena.

"These  Heavens, they dare wish for Doom to fight for their  entertainment." He began to chuckle a metallic laugh through his mask his brown eyes widening in anger. "Oh they will surly have their fun, the fun of death by the graceful hands of Doom for my mercy has run thin."

Exiting out of the catacomb like hallway Doom stepped inside the arena. The arena looked as just like any other arena would look like, the ground covered in sand or in this case ash severed as a substitute. A large stone wall with bleachers circling Doom and other gates such as the one he had exited were placed  various points in the coliseum. A giant announcers both towered was also on the north of the massive complex. 

The large crowd of what would be other raiders on the stone bleachers above Doom began to shout and boo down at him. Moving to the center of the gladiator pit Doctor Doom rapidly spun to the large announcers both as it boomed to life, raising his metal fist  to the level of his of his metallic mask and green hood, a light wind started to make his cloak flow to his right. 

"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to today's main gladiator event, personally founded by Nisha her self!" The crowd started to roar even louder.  "What you see laid out before you is a man who claims to be invincible, indestructible, and above all else he claims to be no mere man but a god and he calls him self Doctor Doom."            

Various people in crowd began to shout in disheveled voices booing and cheering, the sound of the announcer chuckling boomed across the pit. 

"Why don't we see if his words are true, how about we see if this god of a man can stand against the entire arena!" This time the large crow went wild, they were thirsty for blood to spilled. 

"Fools I will crush you for the only entertainment you will receive is the Wrath of DOCTOR DOOM!" 

Loud clanging and scraping noises blared out in the far distance, the other gates are being opened. quickly turning and shielding his face from ash drifting up into the air  his brown eyes widening in anger at what he saw. Large groups of raider gladiators poured out onto the arenas field. All of the raiders wore makeshift armor and most of them carried swords and axes but a few were carrying guns and were all ready firing on Doom. 

Some of the raiders bullets had managed to hit Doom making tinging noises as they tore apart his cloak and made contact with his armor. In retaliation Doom energized himself with mystical energies and fired a beam of yellow energy. The blast of energy crashed into one the raiders tearing the makeshift armor and smoldering through his chest and knocking him hard to the ground. 

Thinking fast Doom summoned a shield around him in order to protect him from any other lucky shoots from the raiders. Bullets smashed into Doom's purple shield and fell to the ashy ground, his protection wouldn't be able to hold out for long. More and more bullets kept smashing into the shield until it finally started to give away. As fast as he could Doom aimed both of his hands toward two raiders and shot two blasts of powerful yellow beams of mystical energy. Both blasts tore the both of them apart painting the ashy ground with a new color, crimson red. 

four men from the large groups of raiders had finally gotten close enough to Doom were they could chop him down with their axes and swords. The two of the men tried to attack Doom in unison hoping their axes would slice Doom's limbs apart. Just barely dodging the two dolts's attacks, without hesitation Doom conjured green electricity that formed around his body raising both of his metal hands the green electricity discharged from his fingertips and coursed trough the sorry raiders bodies, the electrical discharges making their bones glow and skin boil, within seconds they were dead. 

Turning to the last two incoming raiders coming both his left and right sides, Doctor Doom first shot in rhythm a energy blast to his right and another to his left. The blast of mystical energy that Doom shot to his right had smashed into the raider's chest knocking off his feet and smashing into the ground. The blast Doom had shot to his left had perfectly cut off that raiders arm that has was carrying his weapon with blood spewing out. 

Before Doom catch his breath another wave of raiders came rushing for him there weapons raised above their heads, there was not enough time to pick off them this time he'd have to kill them quick and swiftly. Not wasting time Doom charged at darting group of blood hungry raiders, shouting in his wake. Getting close to them Doctor Doom blocked all of their down swings with his metal right hand all their blades were now locked onto Doom's right arm. With all the strength that he could muster Doom gave a large enough force of a push to knock all of them to the ashed ground. With his armor already electrified Doom took the advantage of the group of raiders on the ground and arched forking blots of green electricity that discharged and coursed through their body. With in mere seconds the group of barbarians's skin began seer and steam a few of their cloths even lit on fire.

Enraged and now with the heat of battle coursing through his veins and mind Doctor Doom unsuspectingly turned his metal head only to see him face to face with a rocket, colliding with Doom's armored chest he was engulfed in fiery explosion. The explosion and the rocket making contact with him forced Doom to his knees metal fist bracing him, His brown eyes twitched with pure rage.

These ungrateful heavens they have now sealed their complete and utter impending doom, they will surly know the meaning of pain as I Doom will unmercifully give them a slow embrace of death, for they will truly know the power of DOCTOR DOOM. 

Rage and powerful mystic energy built themselves into Doctor Doom's body his armor glowed red hot and steam poured from it. The last of the raiders rushed after Doom but before they could any hits a concussion knocked them to their feet and if any still stood they were soon swallowed by flames. 

Once the smoke and fire cleared Doom starring at the scorched stood slouching in front of the wreckage he had caused. The rest of the blood thirsty raiders had ether been turned into a charred carcasses of were just bones and ash. Such a move Doctor Doom had preformed  was not something that he could redone without rest and time to fully recharge his mystical energy.  Doom's armor was now severely damaged, cuts and bullet holes doted it and his cloaks hood and cape were now completely torn off.           

He stood in his position for what felt like hours gasping hard on precious oxygen and starring at the ground. He quickly straightened his posture and folded his arms once one of the gates opened. Stepping out from the darkness of the gate came Koal his weapons already drawn.
