I need some ideas for how to proceed with the There Are No Lines quest.

I do know that I want it to be some kind of cybernetic modification or enhancement, but I'm not quite sure how to proceed.

So, let's see... the guidelines of the quest say that you'll be tested and pushed to your physical and mental limits. Your character might be placed in an augmented reality thing that leaves lasting scars on their mind and body. Maybe the tests are so hardcore that your character has to receive the cybernetic mods afterward.
