Idly, Morene turned her head from Jak, letting Dante and him converse for a while. In the short moment of peace that followed within the group, Morene looked back, almost surprised at how quickly she went from lone wanderer status right into hunter in the middle of a freelance adventuring party.
Well... sort of adventuring, she thought! Closing her eyes, Morene imagined the flayed conqueror, the eco warrior, the Son of Sparda, the robot, and herself, the huntress, walking side-by-side in some sort of dramatic movie shot through the deadly alleyways of Coruscant. Goosebumps ran up the woman's arms; she had to admit, this entire situation was cool.
...Even if a solid chunk of said "adventuring party" disliked each other at the current moment, in which case, Morene could see why. It's not as if the Primes she had described in her head only a second earlier would naturally get along, so she had to thank the Darklings for bringing them together in such a way.
On that note... Morene pondered once more, a sly grin widening across her face as she reached down to her waist, a pocket more specifically.
Perhaps it was just her being too much of a geek, but the broad-shouldered woman couldn't help but take out her journal and begin writing about this! Morene had almost forgotten all about it; not writing about this Omniverse experience from the start was surely a mistake on her part. Then again, the urgency to write about her experiences before death-- the entire point of said journal, was sort of mitigated seeing as Morene technically couldn't die now. Supposedly, anyways.
The men before her continued talking, and Morene lagged behind ever so slightly as she took her rather fancy pen in the same pocket of her notebook and began logging an entry about the Omniverse. It was brief, for the huntress knew there was a much more interesting concept to take note of at the current moment; Nebula. Morene skipped a few pages after tabbing an entire section dedicated to said topics. For now, however, she'd have to focus on her current task. After all, taking down such a creature as Nebula would certainly help in regards to writing about it, yes?
Desman had finally noticed the woman taking note of these things, which he saw a bit redundant as there were, y'know, Liberator Aides on each of their wrists. Not commenting on it however, Desman continued to roll forward along with the group.
All that remained was silence, and tension within the Liberators, as they approached Tier Six.
