Best Character - Harlan Higgs. This is such an amusing, spooky character. Kudos for making the vampirism thing super unique, dude!

Best Story - King Ghidorah's Human Diplomacy quest [link - (x)]. I graded this and it was super entertaining, not at all what I expected anyone to ever submit for that quest, tbh.
