Fusion/Buff Question

I meant like 0 stats, for a maintained fusion, primarily outside of combat. Essentially, it would be less "Iron Man armor" and more "Bath robe." To be honest, I mainly want this for out-of-combat situations. I could fodder it that "It only offers its bonuses in Fight or Flight situations" so it could symbiotically bond with a prime, but only offer its full benefits for a brief moment before exhaustion sets in.
