Rest in piece little fairy.
Eh. Death isn't permanent for us. We might meet again in the future.
I checked my tablet and was alerted to some interesting news. Everyone in this entire B zone and the north end of the mountains would be killed off unless they were fighting. Annoying. It made sense they would leave people fighting alone, but I'd have found it pretty funny if Cirno actually ended up stalling long enough to take down everyone with her. What was also interesting was that one of the people from the group that caught us had been culled. I doubted we'd have been able to do much against the other two, however. And I couldn't go back now.
Well... I could. But I wouldn't. I just continued hopping from tree to tree. I'd escaped the sounds of combat quickly, so I didn't have a direct idea of what was occurring right now. That did little to ease my mind after abandoning someone. I was meant to have a plan. A way out of it. That spectacularly backfired. But, I figured that unless we staying in the lowlands until just before midnight, when we'd probably get caught pretty quickly. Other people were probably beginning to complete artefacts by now, so having pieces put a target on my back. But, the people currently fighting Cirno would have that problem as well. She might not be able to do much damage. But I bet by the time she lost most people would either be camping the north area of the large city or trying to avoid all the death areas completely.
I wasn't really doing a lot while I travelled, besides trying to think. Thoughts could go a long way, but as I saw earlier, they could only do so much. I just had to wait for the right opening, and push through. Clownpiece could be back soon, and hopefully, she'd be receptive of rejoining the now disbanded crew. As the people I ran from had shown, I needed allies.
