Putting out the call

A short hum swelled up from Somerled’s throat, and he crossed his arms as he mulled over his new ally’s question. Given that’d he’d been killed somewhere and somehow before he’d reached a library, he unfortunately didn’t have the extensive knowledge of verses he would have liked. He barely knew three of them, it would be out of place for him to suggest anything. Thus, he’d leave the decision-making to the others. Hopefully, they’d have more in-depth information and would be able to make a better call.

“Whatever you’re most confident with,” came his answer once he’d finished deliberating. “I can’t really say I have a preference for anything.” There was a short pause. “Though I would prefer it being open to the air,” he pointed upwards as he continued. “I need access to the sky for my power. Ah, that’s not to say I’m useless if I’m cut off from it or anything...” the spirit trailed off, shifting uncomfortably on his feet and dropping his hand back down. "So, I'll go with whatever either of you would prefer."
