Tier 1 Special Attack: Super Ki Beam; Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack (600)
A variety of Ki Beam attacks taken from fighters such as Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, and Freiza. Though the poses and appearances of the attacks may vary, their mechanical effects are all similar. A Super Ki Beam is a meter-thick sustained emission of energy that travels along a straight path towards a target after being charged for a few seconds. Rather than explode on contact, it deals continuous damage as long as the beam is maintain, though the more powerful nature of this attack forces Cell to drop it after a few seconds. Goes by various names: Final Flash, Super Kamehameha, and Death Cannon, among other less-used names.



T1 Super Attack - With this, I'm going to allow the Aesthetic change but I'm going to have to limit it to similar looking beams, a super kamehameha is much much larger than a special beam canon and they both serve different purposes utility wise. Also, how long does it take to charge the beam? How large is the beam? May require area attack based on the size of the beam.
