Two questions regarding NPC Primes:
-You have to state a role/reason for which you want one (a personal, not site NPC). Does this reason have to be a 'good' one or can it boil down to 'I want more characters to play with'?
-Can you purchase moves, powers, profs etc. for your NPC Prime after they have been approved and moved to the PC Primes thread? How do you go about it?
