I only read a part of it but it looks hella good. Keeping in spirit of the main series, reflecting bits of the metagame. Kinda wanna play it, tbh. Props, Dawn!
How are you dealing with environment moves? I'm referring to the weather effects in the main series, and the weird "Terrain" moves from Gen 6.
Might be helpful to list actual moves, basic ones, like Tackle and Ember or whatevs.
