Needless to say, going back to Coruscant for the second time put Morene in a false sense of security when it came to navigating the place. It is a city planet after all, and unfortunately for the huntress, she did not have an easy time finding Dr. Regal's office, as told by the two Stormtrooopers she had met only an hour or so beforehand. Eventually, Morene realized how big of a deal this whole situation was, seeing as how what she assumed to be other Primes occasionally slipped by the woman, heading towards the general direction of the doctor's province.
Important or not, Morene made the wise decision to follow one of the Primes headed towards the office itself. Of course, the woman lagged behind to make it seem she wasn't indeed stalking somebody again, but alas, after a few hours of awkwardly asking for directions from locals and plenty of street crossings, the woman had finally made it to the building itself. Seeing as it was a Tier 1 building, it was definitely much more pleasant to look at than what she was used to from this verse.
Opening the double-doors and closing them behind her, Morene heard a cute little bell ring above her as the doors gently swung. Going by experience, that was usually a sign of good service, so the huntress couldn't help but feel a bit welcomed. To further that point, as soon as Morene looked around, she was impressed by how clean the place was. Granted, it's a doctors office, so it's practically requirement, but... Hadn't she known any better, the huntress might have mistaken the place as a hospital. The front desk, the secretary behind, the clean white walls...
"Hello there," a woman's voice chimed in, "may I help you?"
Speaking of the secretary, Morene thought. The woman sitting at the front desk of the office was quite pretty, though that was none of Morene's concern at the moment.
"I believe I came here to see Dr. Regal," the huntress replied.
"Like the rest of them," the secretary sighed, "very well."
Nodding, Morene turned a few corners, watching as a few very hammy Primes left the building. Evidently, she was a bit late to check in, but following the secretary opening another door a few hallways down, Morene finally had a chance to greet this doctor.
The man stood behind a table full of what seemed to be paperwork. His face was visibly sweaty, as if a surgeon preforming on a dying patient. Something was bothering this Regal individual, but Morene would have to do her best to not be pushy.
Nodding back to her, the secretary left the room, leaving only the huntress and the doctor. Surprisingly enough, it was Regal who broke the seconds of silence that followed, Morene approaching somewhat hesitantly.
"Please, have a seat. I already know why you're here, and I'll keep things brief."
Oh, how pleasant! Morene thought, some rest for her feet! The huntress already liked this man and his awfully kind, professional gestures. Putting a warm smile on her face, Morene tried her hardest to make the doctor feel comfortable himself as he began his exposition. Listening in, Morene couldn't help but hold back a chuckle, realizing how slightly displeasured Dr. Regal was having to shorten down and repeat everything for yet another Prime.
As the man continued, going into brief detail on these Darklings, Dark Chips and everything that related to them, Morene had noticed one tiny complication in what the man implied...
"...So, you left the Dark Chip behind?"
"I apologize sir, I hadn't a clue! I just--"
"No," Dr. Regal interrupted, "don't panic over it. You're here to stop this calamity from continuing, and you seem eager to do such, there's no point in crying over spilled milk."
Gulping, Morene slowly shook her head towards the doctor.
"True... Once again, my apologies. Unfamiliar with these lands, I have to be careful as to what I say and do," Morene responded.
"You don't have to here," Regal chuckled, holding out his hand, "you're here to help, and that's all I ask of you. Now, if that's all, there will be Liberator Aides given to you on your way out, as I mentioned previously."
Feeling slightly comforted in the doctor's presence again, Morene smiled as she shook Dr. Regal's hand, thanking him as she got up from her seat and left the room...
The doors closed, and immediately, she sighed. The huntress could already hear the clamoring of other Primes such as herself in the other room of the office. Hopefully there wouldn't be too much trouble in her stopping by and meeting a few more people, yes?
Oh, no, Morene thought, I know not to jinx myself again.
There's definitely going to be trouble. The woman could only hope her second time coming into contact with these multidimensional beings would be as friendly as her first encounter. Slowly, Morene turned a corner and approached a few of the Primes still remaining within the building.
"...Hello?"
