@Doomguy: If an attack hits someone, it has a chance of breaking whatever defenses they have. Whether or not it succeeds depends on the shieldperson's DEF stat. What I'm saying is, you can't say that it definitely, 100% breaks through your opponent's defenses. You can say that there is a lot of strength behind that attack, and that because it takes so long to charge that it is more powerful, but the shield-breaking isn't guaranteed.
