I'd say no, both since it's not specifically stated that there's anything against it and because one of the quest rewards in Coruscant is use of a Rebel Base with a Recall Station.

:frog: I mean, it's a "Rebel" station still. I was more wondering about if it's "illegal" to have a non-approved RS in Coruscant or Camelot, not "physically impossible". But okay, that should help me a fair bit! Thank you!
