You've only allocated 9/10 stat points.
Both of your lightsaber moves need mention of size/dimensions. You should also mention how they differ in damage and/or weight or anything else.
Force Lightning: How large of an area do they bolts hit? Are the channeled or is it a single fire thing? How long is the cast time? What's the range? Can it be used while moving/defending? Can it be used with other moves? Does it require concentration? What's the stamina drain?
Dark Shifter: What's the size of the projectiles? Range? Can he fire this while moving or does he need to stay still to aim well? What's the stamina drain? Can he do other things while charging this? Can he used other moves?
