Stupefy - You NEED the Debuff proficiency
The Lethality effect on all of your moves is a no go, remove them, or write them appropriately and make your moves variable.
Summoning Charm - Unless you purchase moves, you won't be able to summon anything that could help Harry in battle (Weapons etc.).
Shield Charm - I'm not really sure what you're doing with this, if you want this to be a shield move, you need to purchase it as one.
