Frostbite (Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency) - 300
Casting this spell instantly projects a continuous stream of white frost that moves at 2m/s, or the pace of a very brisk walk. The caster can reliably hit a target within a range of twenty feet as long as they can aim well enough. This spell takes concentration to use, and the caster must actively focus on aiming. Any attack that can break concentration can cause this spell to end. The user may move while using Frostbite, however any sudden jarring movement is likely to end their concentration. The stream of frost is three feet across at maximum. Using this for extended periods of time (>15 seconds) can wear the caster out fast, as it is moderately draining per each second it's used. It slows enemies down via fatigue while doing light damage. The effect causes a chill and fatigue that increases the longer the target is being hit.
If continuously hit by this beam for six seconds, the target will become frozen where hit (such as an arm or leg, if that is where the stream is aimed) for two full seconds. After this time has passed, all effects dissipate over the course of two seconds. If the target was only partially hit they do not become frozen, and instead only suffer from a chill and fatigue proportional to the time spent in the stream (1:1, with half the total time being spent as the effect lessening/ending). Can stack with other frost-based debuffs.

As you got older there were days of cold surrender
Days of shrugged whatevers folded in with days of shocking splendor
But as time advanced the lovely days were covered up from view
By an advancing melancholy haze that hovered near the dew
Yet there were moments
There were these pure arresting moments when you stepped outside your head
Outside your pain, outside control, outside the bullshit, out of body, out of rage
Outside the need to get it, get it? You will never get it, that’s okay.
