Hmm... since Moves can be used to enhance the effects of Powers, could you make a Move to copy Profs and Power-Ups? Would it require a Super Move? Or is it a hard "no"?

I'm pretty sure that it's a hard no. Moves can be used to "horizontally" enhance the effects of powers, not "vertically". In other words, you could for instance enhance Super Jumping with a move that allows you to take other people along, or buff them to give them Super Jumping as well. But you could not create a move that allows you to Super Jump higher than what your Power-imposed limit is.

That, and there's been instances of people trying to make moves that extend a power's effect, and I have yet to see any of them being approved (like TBG making a move that copies an artefact).
