While it may be a neat idea on paper, the potential of a "Banishment Collar" isn't something I can get behind, for the following reasons
-Slavery is a very mature subject and the Omniverse is a PG-13 environment for the most part
-A collar like that could all but force someone to obey their captors for what may become a much longer time than what's spent writing yourself out of the Underverse - and even then there's no guarantee that they won't banish them anyway instead of letting them go free.
-Banishment circles, as everything in the Omniverse, are made out of Omnilium, and I imagine that a banishment collar would be as well. So, what's keeping a collared Prime from extracting the Omnilium from the collar as soon as their captor isn't paying attention for a few minutes? In the case of a Banishment Circle that's impossible because it works instantly.
With the OOC consent of all involved parties? Maybe.
