Joining (Yukki Kazuto's Alt)

I'll update the history, and make tnt blast take a second to create. I also updated its cost, I didn't realize that would count as two different uses. Stun blast already takes three seconds to create the block, with another three to prime it. I'll add being able to avoid it by hiding behind solid objects and turning away, but covering eyes doesn't do much to counteract it. As for charged TNT, No, they don't home in on the target, they just fly in their direction. I'll bring down the radius by half and take out the "very powerful" since I want it to essentially all together add up to any tier 1 move.
